About the Artist
Ettore Sottsass (1917 – 2007) was a 20th century Italian architect and one of the founders of the famous design collective Memphis Group. He was also noted for designing jewellery, glass, lighting, home and office wares, as well as numerous buildings and interiors — often defined by bold colours.
